AI is the one exception, and only because the math actually demands it. Every conversation with Right Seat (powered by the FlightOps Engine) runs against a real per-token bill from Anthropic. We can't absorb that into the seat fee without raising the seat fee for schools that don't use AI at all — which is exactly the kind of cross-subsidy we built Av8Book to avoid.
So Right Seat is opt-in, billed separately, and capped against your monthly AI budget. If you never use it, your base plan doesn't change. If you do use it, you pay for the slice of compute you actually consumed — not someone else's.

Returns a ranked list of dormant students with last-flight date, balance, and certificate level — the data you need to draft a re-engagement plan instead of guessing.
Proposes the full list of affected bookings + cancellation-fee impact. You click Confirm. Then it asks whether to send each student a personalised apology + rebooking link — second Confirm gate.

Right Seat never mutates anything on its own. Every write tool returns a structured preview — "here's the booking I would cancel, here are the affected students, here's the fee." You click Confirm to authorize, or Cancel to back out.
This is enforced in the controller, not just the UI. There is no configuration that grants the agent direct write authority, and there never will be. Every confirmed action lands in your audit log next to the staff actions you take yourself — "who authorized this" always has a real human answer.
Your data, your org only.
- Org-scoped at the database layer.Every tool the agent uses is hard-scoped to your organization. There is no configuration, prompt, or jailbreak that lets it see another school's data.
- No training on your data. Conversations are sent to Anthropic only at the moment of a request, used to generate that single response, and not retained for training.
- Capped by your AI budget. Your existing AI monthly budget setting hard-stops Right Seat the moment month-to-date spend crosses it. A runaway day can't surprise you on the invoice.
- Full audit trail. Every action it takes is on the permanent record — who confirmed it, what changed, and when.
- Per-user permissions. Owners control who can chat with Right Seat and who can confirm write actions, on a per-person basis.
