Fully set up within a day
Coming from another system or starting fresh, most schools are fully set up within a day. Your first booking can happen the same afternoon.
Create your account
Sign up with your email. Set your school name, timezone, and basic policies (cancellation window, booking lead time). Takes 2 minutes.
Add your fleet
Enter each aircraft: tail number, make/model, current Hobbs and tach, hourly rate. Or import from CSV if you have a spreadsheet.
Set up maintenance items
Add your recurring inspections: annual, 100-hour, oil changes, transponder checks. Set Hobbs/tach/calendar thresholds. The system handles the rest.
Import your people
Add instructors and students manually or import from CSV. If you're coming from Flight Schedule Pro, export your student list and upload it directly, and we auto-map the columns. A large import can be paused and picked up where it stopped, so a dropped connection doesn't cost you the whole job.
Share your booking portal
Send students your portal link, or invite them by email. They create accounts, add payment methods, and start booking against your policies. The invitation list tracks two separate things — whether the email actually went out, and whether the person has activated their account — so you only chase the ones that need it.
Switching from Flight Schedule Pro?
We know the switch can feel daunting. Here's what makes it easy:
- ✓ Export your FSP student, instructor, and aircraft lists as CSV. Our wizard auto-maps the common column formats, and you preview matched data before commit
- ✓ Stop an import part-way and resume it later. Records already brought over are kept, and if one batch of records fails you can retry just that batch instead of re-running the job
- ✓ If your school pays for FSP's API module, paste your API key for a one-click pull of students, instructors, aircraft, bookings, maintenance, and squawks (no exporting required). Most schools don't have this, so CSV is the standard path.
- ✓ See your old FSP wallet balances during setup as a read-only reference. New charges flow through us cleanly from day one
- ✓ Run both systems in parallel during your transition period
