Create your account
Sign up with your email. Set your school name, timezone, and basic policies (cancellation window, booking lead time). Takes 2 minutes.
Add your fleet
Enter each aircraft: tail number, make/model, current Hobbs and tach, hourly rate. Or import from CSV if you have a spreadsheet.
Set up maintenance items
Add your recurring inspections: annual, 100-hour, oil changes, transponder checks. Set Hobbs/tach/calendar thresholds. The system handles the rest.
Import your people
Add instructors and students manually or import from CSV. If you're coming from Flight Schedule Pro, export your student list and upload it directly — we auto-map the columns.
Share your booking portal
Send students your portal link. They create accounts, add payment methods, and start booking. The rules engine enforces your policies automatically.
Switching from Flight Schedule Pro?
We know the switch can feel daunting. Here's what makes it easy:
- ✓ Export your FSP student, instructor, and aircraft lists as CSV — our wizard auto-maps the common column formats and you preview matched data before commit
- ✓ If your school pays for FSP's API module, paste your API key for a one-click pull of students, instructors, aircraft, bookings, maintenance, and squawks (no exporting required). Most schools don't have this — CSV is the standard path.
- ✓ See your old FSP wallet balances during setup as a read-only reference — new charges flow through us cleanly from day one
- ✓ Run both systems in parallel during your transition period
